We’re big fans of unique stays. The kind of trips where you slow down, chill out, escape the noise or quietly rethink your life while sitting somewhere unexpected. We’ve always believed you don’t need to travel far to feel far away… especially when the stay itself is a bit different or special.
We’ve travelled and volunteered abroad, including time in Ghana, where we helped run an eco‑guesthouse for volunteers and travellers who wanted more than just a place to sleep. That experience stuck with us creating spaces that feel relaxed, welcoming and a little bit unique.
JustUsAndABus grew from that same thinking. A converted American school bus, tucked away in nature, designed for switching off and enjoying being present without airports, long drives or packed itineraries. Oh, and one more thing that matters to us and keeps us motivated: For every night you stay, we donate £5 to a local homelessness charity. So while you’re soaking in the hot tub or unwinding in the bus, your stay is helping someone else too.
